- Content data, including audio, transcripts, translations, documents, AI summaries, Q&A records, folders, and shared materials.
- Usage and device data, such as feature interactions, browser type, logs, diagnostics, and error reports.
- Billing and credit information, such as plan, order, recharge amount, minute balance, and payment status. Full payment details are usually processed by payment providers.
- Support communications that you send to us.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide live speech translation, document translation, AI summaries, content Q&A, history, sharing, billing, credit management, customer support, security, analytics, and product improvement. We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI, speech recognition, and service providers
To provide transcription, translation, AI summaries, and Q&A, we may use authorized cloud hosting, speech recognition, AI model, logging, email, analytics, and payment providers. You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of uploaded or recorded content. We process it only to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and support sharing that you authorize. When you share a link or team folder, recipients may view the records, translations, summaries, or files you choose to share.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve security, understand service performance, and improve the product. Blocking cookies may affect some features.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. You may delete recordings, documents, Q&A records, and account content. Some information may be retained for security, audit, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or backups for a reasonable period.

Because Mouselingo uses cloud infrastructure, your data may be processed outside your location. We take reasonable measures to support lawful cross-border processing where required.
